Data Protection Made Simple and Clear

The State Data Protection Inspectorate (hereinafter referred to as the SDPI), as part of the implementation of the European Union-funded “SolPriPa 3” project, has prepared 11 infographics for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the general public. The infographics present and explain relevant aspects of personal data protection in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, taking into account frequently encountered practical questions.

The aim of the infographics is to help SMEs better understand and apply the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in practice, and to help data subjects better understand their rights, how to exercise them and, where necessary, how to defend them. Not sure whether your rights as a data subject have been violated? Unsure what information you are entitled to receive, or perhaps you have other questions? Look for answers in these infographics.

We invite you to explore and use these infographics as a practical tool to help you better understand personal data protection requirements in your day-to-day activities.
