Handling of Complaints

Before submitting a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (SDPI), we encourage you to try to resolve the issue or concern directly with the data controller whose actions regarding the protection of personal data you intend to complain about.

We would like to inform you that when you contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate by submitting a complaint or related communications, the State Data Protection Inspectorate will process your personal data for the purposes of handling complaints and, where applicable, ensuring international cooperation, including the implementation of consistency mechanisms.

Complaints and other documents may be submitted to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (SDPI) by email [email protected], by registered post, or by visiting the Inspectorate in person.
