How to inform the State Data Protection Inspectorate about the Data protection officer of your organization
What information about designated Data protection officer your organization should provide:
- Name of the controller or data processor, contact details
- Information on whether data protection officer is designated by data controller or by data processor
- Name and surname of DPO
- If appointed DPO is an employee of data cotroller or data processor – the job title; if appointed DPO is an an employee of another legal entity – the name that legal entity
- DPO‘s address, phone number, email address, other means of communication
The information mentioned above must be set out in a document signed by an authorized person.
